Eating Right – It all starts with your diet.

  1. Dark leafy greens
  2. Orange fruit and vegetables
  3. Organic Pasteurized egg yolk
  4. Fatty Fish
  5. Nuts and Seeds

Let some fresh sun light in.

Things that could damage your vision:

  1. Rubbing your eyes
  2. Not getting enough sleep
  3. Not drinking enough water – dehydration causes you not to produce adequate amount of tears to keep your eyes hydrated.
  4. Not wearing sunglasses
  5. Staring at your smartphone
  6. Looking at any type of screen right before you go to bed
  7. Smoking – It makes you more likely to get cataracts, damage to your optic nerve, and macular degeneration.
  8. Overusing eye drops.
  9. For the ladies, mis-using eye makeup.
