Senators have unveiled a cannabis operation and opportunity act allowing recreational users over 21 to purchase up to 10 ounces a day. This policy will put cannabis under 4 federal bureaus: United States Food Administration; Alcohol, Tobacco, and Tax Administration; Trade Bureau under the Treasury Department; and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives.
