My guest today is Ashley Picillo, author of the book Breaking the Grass Ceiling: Women, Weed and Business. She is also the Founder of Point Seven Group, a cannabis consultancy company dedicated to pre and post-license cannabis companies and TimberDocs. Breaking the Grass Ceiling tells amazing stories of several women in the cannabis business, and after reading it, I knew I wanted to talk about it. I reached Ashley by phone in late August.
