Andrei Svechnikov and Sebastian Aho each had 3 points as the Canes beat the Kraken, 5-1 in Seattle. Carolina notched their first two power play goals and ran their record to 3-0-0. Freddie Andersen stopped 22 of 23 shots on goal and has now saved 53 of 55 shots at him this year. The Hurricanes will play in Edmonton on Thursday night.
