Change is often promised, but never fulfilled. Or if there is change, it’s usually for worse. But all hope is not lost! The only caveat is that you won’t find it in DC! Rather, it begins with you and your local representation. There are many people who don’t get too excited about getting “political” since the mere idea of entering into a conversation with a politician directly about an issue seems too personal and perhaps even life threatening. Yet, to practice our constitutional rights would mean to make our voices heard loud and clear to those who are elected to represent us. But how? And who has the time? In this episode, Basil speaks with Patrick Holland from the Missouri Freedom Initiative, a “clarion call for individual states to reclaim their rights for their residents using powerful tools such as (but not exclusively limited to) the 10th Amendment and anti-commandeering doctrine”. In early 2023, bill SB100, a constitutionally grounding economic pursuit to make gold and silver coinage as legal tender, nearly crossed the finish line and become law in Missouri. But twisted democrats got in the way and spoiled the bill by invoking disturbing levels of loyalty to government decreed paper notices of fiat debt, Nazi’s, Confederates, MAGA and even a “Zombie Apocalypse” as part of their reasoning to kill the bill. The battle was lost, but the war wages on. As we enter an election year, there are many ways in which you might be able to impact your local community. Even spending a few minutes to write an email to your local rep with some basic copy-and-paste info can add up over time and volume. In that sense, our local governments are like an archaic form of social media. Whatever “we the people” make trend on the desks of our representatives will get the most attention from them. This isn’t just in theory, groups like the Missouri Freedom Initiative is proof that it works. If enough of us send emails to our representatives on any given issue that include information like links to documents and articles that serve as evidence to support or push back against something, the more ammunition and confidence our reps will be able to move on our behalf. In America today, many of us have been lulled to sleep and accept whatever terms our governments shove in our faces, whether it be local or federal. The passivity isn’t a mere product of our culture, but in fact due to the spiritual weight of evil that has been growing evermore present in this great age of deceit. But it’s time to rattle some representatives’ cages! Can Canarians across…well mostly America (do what you can out there wherever you may be International folks)…make a difference in their local communities by not just leaning on the Constitution, but on God who gave us the ability to understand the value of our freedom and sovereignty? Seeing it as a sign from God, Basil packed up and headed out to Black Rock Desert once again! Of course, the 2023 Burning Man event was a Mainstream Media and Alternative Media playground, as bad weather reports began to trickle out of the desert. Both sides of the media decided to tailor the news to their own messaging: Mainstream Media pushed the Climate Change angle on why Burning Man flooded out, while Alternative Media not only pushed untruths about the situation on the dirt (like Ebola breakout), but did so with fervor and judgment justified by false information. Both were guilty of sensationalism. On this episode, we do not leave any room for speculation! This new Silicon Valley Uncle Sam wants YOU to have your eyeball scanned by the ORB, so that YOU can verify your humanity! Sometimes, the truth seems more implausible than prophecy! In Revelation Chapter 13, terrifying beasts emerges from the sea and the earth, embodying the collective supernatural force of worldly political power and influence. The second beast enforces a WORLD wide mandate requiring all people, regardless of status, to receive a mark on their right hand or forehead. This mark, known as the “Mark of the Beast,” is a symbol of allegiance and complete surrender to worldly authority over Divine authority. Without this mark, people are unable to partake in economic activities, indicating the profound surveillance and control the beasts exert over humanity.We live in unique times. Here in the good ole’ USA, the introduction of bar codes and credit cards created MOTB fervor during the 1960’s and 70’s. Microchips have been part of the discussions for just as long. The rise of the Internet brought platforms for digital money like PayPal, who in 1999 offered $10 to anyone who who opened an account by giving their name, email, phone number, home address, and bank/cc info, and $10 more dollars for each referral (Enticing, but an incredible amount of info to give up at the time for $10 of internet dollars). The first decade of the 21st century would be met with social media (the rise of Facebook and YouTube) and our willingness to freely give away mountains of private information for the mere ability to participate in a closed, heavily surveilled/captured network. The economic crash in 2008 set up the the Rise of FinTech or Financial Technology in the 2010’s. A loss of trust in traditional banking institutions allowed startups like Square, Stripe, and Venmo to disrupt the market with innovative services like peer-to-peer lending, robo-advisors, and mobile banking. The 2008 Great Recession also gave rise to Bitcoin whose technological breakthroughs established the first transparent monetary network based on the computational consumption of energy using distributed ledgers creating digital scarcity and immutability, or “hard” Digital Assets. Bitcoin laid the groundwork for the emergence of the Crypto Markets and Smart Contract protocols; a self-executing contract with the terms of the agreement directly written into code, enabling automatic and decentralized transactions on the blockchain without the need for intermediaries. Of course, the 2020’s would be immediately met with a “global pandemic,” whose shut down and vaccine mandates sparked MOTB fervor not seen since the 1970’s! And perhaps rightfully so. And now here in 2023, the coalescing trajectory of money, science, technology and religion will make it more surprising if the MOTB prophecies DO NOT come to pass! But we don’t just say all this to be dramatic or to fear monger…We say it because there are things out there that suggest no other conclusion. Enter something we’ve been tracking since 2021 called Worldcoin. On this episode, we will go through the multiple times we covered Sam Altman and Worldcoin leading up to the current moment in time, when the Worldcoin story has exploded into the Mainstream. The truth about Christian Nationalism, is that it is a Psychological Operation, similar to one that our own US Government crafted in the post-WW2 era, when corporatism fueled a new brand of American Christianity that fused Faith and Government NOT to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ, but rather to recruit young impressionable minds into joining the military and defend western civilization against communism! In the 75 years since these programs were installed, the culture has shifted much more secular with the rise of a nebulous Scientific Dictatorship and Technocracy influencing DC. Now, already over a fifth of the way through the 21st Century, a new mobilization effort has been under way. A manufactured civil war between those who are willing to die to defend the mythologized Christian America born in the post-WW2/Cold War era, against those willing to die for occult mythologies expressed as abominable progressive politics like Climate Change, Trans-Rights, and Democratic Socialism. Even worse, it appears those in control would like to eradicate the belief in Christianity by labelling the topic of Christian Nationalism as a Mental Health issue! This will lead to a western version of “re-education camps” but through “spiritual” experiences facilitated by Big Pharma 2.0 who will leverage Entheogens as well as Immersive VR tech to treat Christian Nationalism. The phrase “Predictive Programming” has been used to describe media content that predicts, or eerily foreshadows events that happen in the future. THE LIE THAT BEGAN IN THE GARDEN, IS CELEBRATED IN THE DESERT!The eighteenth chapter of Deuteronomy outlines the various practices that are considered abominable to God. They include divination, medium-ship, fortune telling, interpreting omens, sorcery, using charms, and necromancy. But most fascinating is the mention of God detesting “anyone who burns his son or his daughter as an offering.” Veterans of Burning Man know that this week long trek out to the Black Rock Desert is an “experiment in temporary community dedicated to radical self-expression and radical self-reliance.” While there’s no official meaning behind the ritual that sparked the annual “experiment,” the burning of a 40 foot tall humanoid idol remains its most recognized tradition. But there is another tradition that is far more purposeful and spiritual, and that is the building, “serving,” and burning of “The Temple.”Every year since 2000 when the first temple, the ‘Temple of the Mind’ was built in the playa, a team of volunteers have constructed a “sacred space” in the otherwise ruckus annual cacophony of adults playing Mad Max. The hard work of the volunteers is met with thousands of people who visit the Temple, many of them bringing offerings like pictures, letters, and other artifacts that represent the more challenging and painful sides of life. The loss of a grandchild, or a broken relationship with their father, are just a couple of examples that have been shared in previous episodes. The idea is to bring such offerings into the Temple for one’s spiritual “cleansing,” as the tradition turns to ritual and they burn the whole thing down at the end of the week. The massive fire that is invoked with the burning of the Temple would no doubt induce a cathartic moment for the attendees who watch their offerings succumb to the will of the flame. Some attendees in the past have claimed that the burning ritual brings “affirmation, closure, forgiveness and healing.” But apart from the raw emotions, the bottom line is that folks who are passionate about these types of experiences are genuine seekers of spiritual truth. The irony is that their seeking happens to include with it, pretty much all the things that the God of the Bible despises. And therein lies the fundamental difference between the Biblical worldview, and the emergent Neo-paganism, or as Carl Teichrib puts it, the Age of Re-Enchantment.Creation Requires a Creator!The Bible teaches that God is the one who not only created everything, but also holds it together (Col. 1:17). This means that God is distinct from creation. We know this because God’s handiwork is obvious (Rom. 1:19-20). While God can interact, or impose His will in any manner within creation (miracles), He is the Creator, not the creation itself, which is in a perpetual state of decay under the curse of Adam and Eve (2nd Law of Thermodynamics, Rom. 8). The Bible also promises a day when a New Heaven and a New Earth, Eden 2.0, would restore humanity to its rightful relationship with God, and with nature. This would happen under HIS authority, not by human hands (Rev. 21-22, Acts 7:48, 17:24-25, Is. 31:8)On the other hand (third hand?), the worldview presented by Burning Man is one that suggests God is found IN creation itself, thus making everything, including ourselves, “GODS.” This worldview, which can be characterized as Neo-paganism, suggests that “all of nature and the universe are considered embodiments of God and Goddess, or of gods and goddesses, worthy of respect, reverence, or worship,” and furthermore, they suggest that the “concept of “salvation” is essentially irrelevant; rather [we believe] that people can attain spiritual balance and harmony with each other and nature. The path includes group ceremonies, dances, songs/chants, prayers, meditation, trance, altered states of consciousness, the metaphysical, magic, invoking or evoking deities or spirits, Tantric practices.”The obvious issue with saying “everything in nature and the universe is worthy of respect, reverence, and worship,” is that it causes dissonance between the idealism and reality without a bridge to connect the two. It is highly likely that the same folks who believe that “all nature and universe is worthy of respect, reverence, and worship,” wouldn’t respect, revere, or worship the dog excrement found on the bottom of their shoe, or respect, revere, and worship the person that cuts them off on the highway. Such a wide chasm between what one suggests is the nature of reality, and their individual experiences, as well as the blatant disregard for the God that offers the free gift of salvation for anyone who simply repents and believes that Jesus Christ is Lord, would hopefully cause some who identify as Neo-pagans to reconsider what the Bible has to offer.Lastly, if salvation is irrelevant, what is the purpose of their seeking “spiritual balance and harmony with each other and nature”? How would they even determine the value of “balance” without

BOOTS ON THE GROUND AT BURNING MAN?In the book of Numbers, Moses sent out twelve spies to scan the land of Canaan, the future promised land for the children of Israel. What they saw (descendants of Anak [Nephilim]) frightened ten out of the twelve spies so much, that they lost faith in God, and subsequently suffered the consequences. But Caleb and Joshua saw this as an opportunity to put their full faith and trust in God, that He would lead them into the Promised Land despite how unfavorable their odds appeared. In a very similar way, it’s likely that 10 out of 12 young people today who call themselves “Christians” would abandon their faith in God and succumb to the fleshly deviance of an event like Burning Man. But the crew of believers who set up the Camp of the Unknown God were equipped not only with the truth of the Gospel, but the knowledge and spiritual discernment to attend Burning Man for evangelism in the model of Acts 17. BURNING MAN! We’ve been told it’s the place where pagans come to worship demons in the desert in their birthday suits and psychedelics, right? Actually, that’s only partially true. This so called “transformative event,” is much more than a glorified Woodstock. The same could be said about human society, where worldview is the primary foundation, by which our civilization draws its functional capacities (to form organization, institutions, governments, and other communal establishments for the common good). And similar to the variety of options in the marketplace of Operating Systems like Linux, MacOS, iOS & Windows, in our contemporary western civilization, we have a buffet of option to choose how to view the world. While the freedom to explore the options without being killed by controlling authorities is a positive product of westernization (or so it appears), a lack of critical thinking and grounded reasoning when examining them have given way to some pretty confusing times. What is emerging from this worldview vacuum is a “new spirituality” with an ingredient that we’ve been tracking here on Canary Cry Radio for years: Technology. This cultural move towards techno-spiritualism is all the more apparent with the theme for this years (2018) Burning Man, I, Robot. SILVER! GOLD! BITCOIN! FIAT! MONEY! It makes the world go around. The Bible teaches that the LOVE of money is the root of all kinds of evil, not money itself (1 Tim 6:10, Matt. 21:12). But what exactly is money?In the Bible, some of the earliest forms of money was by way of precious metals. In fact, it only takes forty-two verses into the Word of God before you run into the first mention of gold (Gen. 2:11). Just a few chapters later, Abram is described as being a wealthy man, rich in livestock, gold, and even silver (Gen 13:2)! Later, the Bible records of Gadites offering a silver plate and bowl for trade (Num. 7:43). It’s fascinating to ponder that God, the Creator of the universe, included precious metals like gold and silver as part of creation, to be material goods that will always maintain value.But the world has changed. Today, we are not encouraged to store or accumulate actual goods of value like gold and silver, but rather, digital units of debt beholden to banks. While these digital bits have and do provide actual purchasing power in the real world, it is not as secure or safe as tangible goods.
