It was the winter of 1929, fears of a diphtheria epidemic were high as a man had been diagnosed with the contagious disease. With no means of communication, and a limited supply of vaccines, it was up to several people to travel hundreds of kilometres through frigid temperatures to save lives. This is the story of The Race Against Death!
