Show Notes

Launched in 1958, the Edmund Fitzgerald was called the Queen of the Lakes for its immense size. It would pass into legend on Nov. 10, 1975 when it sank suddenly in Ontario waters, taking 29 crew with it. It would become the most famous shipwreck in the Great Lakes, immortalized in song.
