We discuss intersectionality, diversity, inclusion, and the advancement of equity in the arts in Kingston. The Arts and Equity Project aims to introduce artists and arts organizations in Kingston to fundamental equity concepts, tools and frameworks and provide peer-to-peer learning opportunities and new connections.
