The last week has been brutal for the Orioles offense, especially (but not only) for Austin Hays and Ramón Urías. Mark runs through some of the rough numbers for those guys and a few others before recognizing that there won't be any knee-jerk reactions from the front office - nor should there be. Hopefully the patience pays off.
