Oaklands Khmer New Year Festival, on April 4th, transforms Peralta Hacienda Historical Park into a Cambodian cultural hub. The free event, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., features monk blessings, games, dances, and authentic food. Organized by the Center for Empowering Refugees and Immigrants, its a celebration of resilience and unity, tied to the Year of the Fire Horse.
