They also break down the Supreme Court’s decision to schedule emergency oral argument for next week in DOJ’s challenge to Texas’s restrictive abortion law. The Court will determine whether the federal government has standing to sue Texas to block enforcement of the law and whether Texas can deputize private citizens to enforce the law.
