Siena loves history, loves old buildings and has reverence for the past. BUT it was her experience at a seance in a basement, one that had ties to the Underground Railroad, that she talks about in this episode.

I don't want to give any spoilers, but let's just say that sometimes there is such a thing as a ghost with boundary issues.
