112學年度剛開學一個月了，這學年開始，國中、國小有個重大變革，以後校務會議不只是大人參加而已，立法院今年（2023）5月29日通過《國民教育法》修正案，明訂中小學應有學生列席校務會議，正式將台灣兒少表意權向下延伸到中小學。
不過，校務會議可以決定什麼事？該如何決定誰是學生代表？學生代表加入後，真的可以改變校務決策嗎？本集讀報將帶你了解新法上路後，校方需要思考的問題，也聽見國中小同學的心聲，他們會想加入校務會議，一起參與討論校園公共事務嗎？
