If you make videos sharing your knowledge & experiences (I hope you will!) you might feel anxious about remembering what you want to say on video... or sometimes, you might lose your train of thought.
In either case, remember this:
The purpose of authentic video (compared to writing) is to convey an authentic presence, to demonstrate your care for the topic and your audience.
If you want accuracy of information delivery, do it in writing instead.
