Show Notes

This week on the #PrettyAwkward Entrepreneur Podcast, I'm chatting with Sari De who is a diversity consultant and leadership coaching expert. We are diving into the world of leadership and the role that diversity plays. We also talk about signs of burnout, how to overcome allyship fatigue, and the concept of transferring privilege to help or benefit others.

Some topics Sari and I will be dividing into include:

  • Burnout can be hard to identify, especially as women, we are used to firing on all cylinders and having it all together.
  • What it means to transfer the benefits of your privilege to those who lack it.
  • The difference between Champions vs. Amplifiers.
  • One of the biggest strategies to tackle burnout - have a five-year plan and know what your mission is.

When it comes to leadership, there are so many factors and aspects involved. Diversity plays an impactful role, and with current events taking place this year around us, we must be more intentional.

So be sure to tune in to episode 61 and listen in on the knowledge from Sari on the role of diversity when it comes to leadership.

As always, stay safe, stay healthy and stay #PrettyAwkward!
