I am a corporate employee with an entrepreneurial mindset.
To have a successful business you need to have a vision, and it could be called a big idea. Leaders can have the big vision but you also need small iterations to achieve that big goal. Managers can breakdown the goal into small steps.
You need both to be successful. Get the right people in place to be able to cover both bases.
