CEVA Logistics, a global logistics company, has acquired Fagioli Group, a heavy-lift and project logistics expert, to bolster its transport and engineering capabilities. The acquisition, which includes Fagiolis operations in Houston, Texas, allows CEVA to offer end-to-end project services, from engineering to installation and delivery. This move follows CEVAs recent acquisitions of Bolloré Logistics and Spedag Interfreight, further expanding its global cargo operations. With roots in Marseille, France, CEVA operates in one hundred seventy countries and employs one hundred ten thousand people, generating eighteen point three billion dollars in revenue for twenty twenty-five. As part of CMA CGM Group, CEVA is poised to lead in heavy project logistics on a global scale.
