Show Notes
An Incident can happen anytime, the nature of emergencies is not limited to normal business hours. A well-planned incident management program allows an organization to minimize the impact of any business disruption that impacts your organization negatively. However, your team needs to be able to access the plan and the process from any location that they are at, and they need to have a great communication infrastructure in place.
The success of the business continuity plan also depends on communication among everyone on the incident response team and the rest of the employees about everyone’s responsibilities. Members of incident management teams should be adequately trained on their roles in managing the unexpected.
