You just never know who is capable of murder. Sometimes it's someone you would least expect. That was certainly the case with the dirtbag, Deborah Belyea, when she murdered her husband, Alfred Belyea. The couple had been married for over 50 years but that was of little consequence when they could no longer see eye to eye.
