Texas officials become so tunnel visioned with this idea that it led to the conviction of Michael Morton, an innocent man. All the while, Mark Norwood is free to murder another victim, Debra Masters Baker. It would take a quarter of a century to right this injustice and put the real dirtbag behind bars.
