Paul Moore has been a real estate entrepreneur for nearly 20 years. He kicked off his start in real estate flipping houses after selling off a company he and his partner launched for nearly $3 million. Today, as the principal of Wellings Capital, he and his partners are focused primarily on capital raising, by forming partnerships with expert operators who develop ground-up and value-add assets like self-storage and multifamily.
