Chris has built the systems and processes to get to that dream. In his mid-twenties, he built a boutique brokerage house. From there, he transitioned into fix-and-flip and wholesaling. Eventually, he took his business into a virtual space. Today he serves as the Co-Founder of COSA Investments, one of the largest wholesale companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. COSA is operated and managed by a US virtual team that allows him to run his company while living in Mexico. In addition to that, he launched his REI Radio coaching program that is designed to teach real estate investors the marketing methods to get more deals done.
