Blake Janover is the CEO of Janover Ventures, a mortgage brokerage in the early 2000s to a direct lender in 2003 when it was at the forefront of the industry by leveraging digital strategy and technology to service a broader spectrum of clients while providing deeper value on a transactional basis. He has more than 15 years of experience commercial real estate and closed over $1 billion in real estate transactions. he has advised borrowers on hundreds of multimillion-dollar real estate transactions, including complex, multi-layered capital stacks and the re-positioning of large multifamily portfolios. He is a member of the 2019 Forbes Real Estate Council and is published in Housing Wire and other industry trade-journals.
