Sterling White is the founder of Sonder Investment Group, based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Early in his real estate career, Sterling got his start in real estate working for a mentor to find single-family homes for buy-and-hold deals. From there, he transitioned to multifamily, using his approach to finding off-market home deals and his resources to connect with multifamily property owners. He was able to scale his portfolio to nearly 600 units by using creative ways to find and close multifamily real estate deals.
