Eric Bowlin is a real estate entrepreneur that was able to achieve financial independence by the age of 30! Eric accidentally got into real estate back in college when he and his wife decided to buy a house near his University. In 2009, he started with a 3 unit property, living in one unit and renting the other two. Fast forward to today, Eric is working on larger multifamily deals and syndications. He owns or is a GP on over 470 doors in Massachusetts and Texas.
