BCF 173: Making the Leap From Single Family to Multifamily, with Bruce Wuollet

Bruce Wuollet began working in real estate in 2001 within the tax lien foreclosure arena. He learned to grind it out researching public records and understanding the legal side of real estate. This gave him the advantage to handle tax lien foreclosures. From there, he immersed himself into the business, learning private financing, deal partnering, forcing appreciation - all while systematizing these processes with the end goal of building a business. Since then, he and his team had completed over 2,000 real estate transactions in the single-family and multifamily space. Today, he serves as the Managing Partner of Bakerson, a group that runs investment funds and syndication projects.
