Jilliene Helman is the founder and CEO of RealtyMogul, a crowdfunding platform for real estate that allows investors to pool money online and buy shares of pre-vetted real estate investments. Throughout her career, she has underwritten over $3 billion of real estate ranging from retail, multifamily, office, residential, mobile home parks, and self-storage. Previously, she was a Vice President at Union Bank and ran large sales teams that coordinated the efforts of registered investment advisors, lenders, trust advisors, and wealth planners.
