J Scott spent much of his early career in Silicon Valley holding management positions at several Fortune 500 companies, including Microsoft and eBay. In 2008, he and his wife quit the corporate life, left California to the East Coast and decided to focus on real estate and investing. Since then, they have spent over a decade buying, building, rehabbing and selling over $50M in property across the United States. Today, as the Co-founder of 123Flip.com he and his team create and market resources for new and experienced real estate investors. J is also the author of four books on real estate investing, including the best-selling The Book on Flipping Houses.
