Scott Choppin spent his life working in the world of real estate development. He first entered the business in 1983, working on multifamily development projects eventually serving as Director of Land Acquisition for a multi-billion dollar portfolio company. In 2000, he founded his own firm, The Urban Pacific Group of Companies which designs and builds urban housing throughout the West. Today, he continues to serve as the Founder and CEO of the company.
