Michael Blank worked in Corporate America and built a successful career in Information Technology then cashed out his stock options to get into the restaurant business. After some trials and tribulations, he began investing in residential and multifamily real estate in 2005 and started syndicating deals in 2010. Today, he serves as the Founder and CEO of Nighthawk Equity which controls over 1,000 units valued at over $30MM. Through his education business, has helped students across the United States acquired more than 2,000 units valued in excess of $75MM.
