Omar Khan has a background in institutional investment banking, advising clients on $3.7 billion of capital financing & M&A transactions. He has closed numerous multi-million dollar syndication deals, recently closing on a 243 unit deal. As the manager of Boardwalk Wealth, a wealth advisory company based out of Irving Texas, he spends a great deal of time raising capital and sourcing multifamily deals. Omar is also building an underwriting software platform for real estate entrepreneurs and businesses.
