Dan Handford is a doctor turned multifamily apartment syndicator. Kicking off his real estate career with the goal of offsetting his tax bill, he has spent the last 18 months building a portfolio of multifamily real estate in excess of $146M and over 1,400 units. Aside from founding Handford Capital, an acquisition and syndication business, he is also the current president of five specialty medical clinics located throughout South Carolina.
