Reed Goosens moved to the US about 7 years ago. Soon after that, he got started in real estate buying a duplex for $45,000. He has been involved with large‐scale commercial construction and real estate development projects worth over $500 million. Today, he leads a real estate syndication investing firm called Wildhorn Capital as its co-founder and personally controls over $40 million worth of multifamily real estate. This was done with a mix of funds from domestic and international investors looking to put their money to work in the US.
