Sorry for the language on this episode, but a "New Year, New Me" attitude is BS!!...and it was a fiery episode to say the least. High expectations for ones self, as well as those around them is not wrong. So many people need a kick in the butt and usually it comes from someone else...other times you have to be okay looking yourself in the mirror and telling yourself it's time to get my sh*t together!
