She chose to believe a mentor who believed in her, got into the messy details, drove many important (crucial) conversations, and learned to navigate when people disagree with a powerful vision.
We also talk about breaking out of the imposter syndrome, how to take the long view, and what it means to invest in others long-term by investing in yourself first.
