In this time of year with over 200 different celebrations and holidays, leverage your own traditions and celebration to remind yourself that you are one badass woman in tech
Here are three ways to become a well-paid, recognized, properly titled, and most of all a HAPPY woman in tech.
1. Create clarity. Allowing yourself to celebrate all you have done in the last year, the connections you have made, the projects you have done, and making your accomplishments clear by really taking the time to reflect on them.
2. Build Momentum. Identify the steps you need to talk about that goal you aim for. Be proactive, ASK.
3. Commit to Accountability; Complete a time audit, especially if you feel overworked. Discover truly how you are spending your valuable time.
