The 'legal tampering' window of free agency opened on Monday and the Bills began by spending some money on their own guys. Dion Dawkins was extended, AJ Epenesa was re-signed and Dawson Knox had his contract 'restructured.' Buffalo also restructured Josh Allen's deal and let Gabe Davis land in Jacksonville.
