Show Notes

Just when we were about ready to give up hope, it now looks like the Big Ten will have a football season that begins in October. Nothing is official yet, but a lot of positive steps happened late last week and over the weekend. We could learn as soon as today whether the league will reverse course and give its teams an opportunity to play this fall, and early enough where they can be eligible for the College Football Playoff.

But the news is not all good as star cornerback Shaun Wade has decided to turn pro. This on the heels of All-American right guard Wyatt Davis also opting out of what could be a season that begins next month.
