Yes, that perfectly describes the 2019 Ohio State Buckeyes through the first eight games of their season. They were expected to be tested by Wisconsin. And they were; for one quarter. Then they blew the doors off the Badgers 38-7 and the score very likely would have been a lot worse if not for the rainy conditions.
