Jarquez Carter is ready to make his call. The Class of 2025 defensive tackle from Newberry, Fla., will announce his college choice on Thursday.
If Carter chooses Ohio State over Miami (Fla.), Florida and several others, it would give the Buckeyes six defensive linemen in this cycle.
We (would) love that.
Carter is not the lone Ohio State target ready to pick a school. Trey McNutt is ready. Will Conroy is ready not to go to Ohio State.
The Buckeyes are also chasing several prospects in SEC territory.
