High 4-star defensive lineman Jason Moore committed to Ohio State on Sunday, vaulting the Buckeyes back over Notre Dame for the No. 1 spot in the 247Sports Composite national recruiting rankings for 2023. The Buckeyes now have 18 prospects in their class. How many will they end up with and can they hold on to the top spot in the end?
