Buckeye Talk is back with another Buckeye ReTalkable, this time reliving the 2002 Ohio State vs. Cincinnati game in Paul Brown Stadium in Cincinnati.
Why? Because Cincinnati is the football capital of Ohio right now with what the Bearcats and Bengals did this season, so Cincinnati football is hot. And this game, 20 years ago, would have been the biggest moment in Bearcats football history to that point if they had been able top pull off the upset.
Meanwhile, No. 6 Ohio State was without an injured Maurice Clarett for this game, the Buckeyes put Chris Gamble on defense for the first time in this game, and Craig Krenzel showed off his ability to make winning plays at quarterback at the right time.
The game can be watched in a shortened 38-minute version of YouTube, so watch that and listen to this on the latest Buckeye Talk from cleveland.com.
