Show Notes
On this Friday Buckeye Talk, Doug Lesmerises, Nathan Baird and Stephen Means preview the Buckeyes' game vs. Akron at 7:30 Saturday night in Ohio Stadium. They make their picks for the game, and are joined by betting genius and friend of the pod Tyler Shoemaker to discuss how the Buckeyes have done against the line this season, and what the right play is Saturday with Ohio State a seven-touchdown favorite.
But the big news is that starting QB C.J. Stroud will rest his sore shoulder in this game and play only in an emergency situation. That means either Kyle McCord or Jack Miller will start. The guys discuss how that might go, and what it could mean for the future of the QB position with the Buckeyes, depending on how things look against Akron.
