Show Notes
She always had passion for performance, natural beauty and flowers, but it wasn’t until the pandemic that Stephanie Hoover Asher pieced all of her skills together to create her perfect gig. Stephanie’s “The Pretend Flower Show”, born in lockdown, went from zero to 20K plus followers on Instagram in a matter of months. Originally from Southern California, this stay-at-home New York-based Mom and former actress with a masters in theatre, was simply seeking connection in the midst of lockdown isolation and started sharing her floral arranging skills in live videos from her kitchen. “Real Housewife of Beverly Hills” star Lisa Rinna among other influencers took notice, helping to elevate the show's reach. And now Stephanie’s following and brand “collab” opportunities are multiplying by the day. In this episode, Stephanie talks about career reinvention at any age and how to achieve the kind of organic social media growth that can happen through authentic engagement and community connection!
