In our first guest episode we talk with Web 3 Gender Diversity expert and Founder of The Bigger Pie, Bridget Greenwood. We chatted about the imbalance of female vs male workers in Web 3, and how she is working to change that–we also discuss how it helps to have a female (and non binary) community like the Bigger Pie to create a supportive, safe space for women to grow, and thrive in Web 3.
