  • Help us "Scare Away Hunger" during our October food pantry drive
    • Make donations from Oct 16th - Oct 27th
    • Donation sites: Any elementary campus, BJHSC, BHSC, DAC/HUB
    • Items to donate: apple sauce cups • beef jerky • cereal • cereal bars • cheese and crackers • fruit cups • granola bars • individual oatmeal packets • mac and cheese • pop tarts • pop-top soups • pudding • ramen • ravioli • Vienna sausages
    • Class and campus prizes are awarded for the most items collected
    • Batesville vs. Southside game - Oct 27th
      • Bring an item to donate to the Batesville School District or Southside School District to help stock both schools' food pantries
      • Anyone who donates a food items will receive a double sided roster with both Batesville vs Southside's team information on it. Didn't bring an item but still want one? A minimal monetary donation of $1 will be accepted. All proceeds will go to replenishing our food pantry
      • We will tally up the items and name a winner between the two schools
      • Both schools will keep items that were donated by their fans
  • Oct. 27th Batesville vs. Southside football game
    • 5:30 - Tailgate, free food and fun
    • 6:30 - Senior Night Recognitions for football & scholarship recipients announced
    • 7:00 - Kick-off
    • Halftime - Senior night recognitions for cross country, golf, tennis, band
    • Performances from Prancers, Cheer, and a collaborative performance from both the Batesville and Southside bands
