We are in an everything bubble, and governments are finding ways to take more money from their citizens. Stocks are at an all-time high for P&E ratios, and only a handful of companies make up a large portion of the market. We can't afford to make assumptions - not that college is worthwhile or that we must have property taxes to pay for schools. We discuss all of this as well as real estate and some of the things you want to think about before you buy a property. Learn from history, so you are not doomed to repeat the errors of the past!
