Tony started out working a 9-5 job, and, after being laid off, realized he needed to do something different. He started investing in real estate and learning how to manage it. By investing in small, multi-family residential buildings, he was able to retire at age 44. Now, he helps other people achieve their own financial freedom and follow their dreams. We talk about how he got started, some of the lessons he learned, what the 3 types of distress are today, and how people can learn more and take action to achieve their own success!
