The late 1800s saw a spark in mining all across the western portion of the United States. More than 300,000 people traveled to western states during this time in search for their share of gold. California was the main hotspot for this mining activity, but a smaller gold rush in the Town of Bannack Montana became an epicenter for high tension, stealing, and murder. Today the Town of Bannack is known as one of the most activate paranormal ghost towns in the entire world. Grown men screaming, an apparition of a man in black, and a teenage girl in a blue dress are all said to haunt the grounds of this once bustling mining town.
