When the clubhouse at Claygate Recreation Ground in Surrey was destroyed by fire in 2016, these three women spearheaded the project to build a brand new clubhouse from scratch. This involved fundraising, planning and building the new clubhouse during the pandemic. The spanking new clubhouse includes Pistachios in the Park cafe, an upstairs room which can be hired and is home to Claygate Cricket Club.
